[Foundation-l] automated multi-edit comparator (was ass pus on IRC)

What do you guys think of a bot that looks at edits by single
individuals over multiple pages to see how identical they are?

Say if VandalKing went to add "You feel foul" on 10 pages in a row,
the bot would catch that and alert someone... In recent changes, add
an option for "show only bots".

Thoughts?

Note that I don't want the discussion to turn to technical aspects
just yet.
