[Foundation-l] Willy gets on www.wikipedia.org

Our friend Willy on Wheels (or one of his admirers)
changed the logo used on http://www.wikipedia.org/
(i.e. the non-specific language entry page) to a
picture of a car with his name under it.  I have
reverted this, but would someone with greater powers
than I please protect that image on meta:
