[Engineering] Looking for a WMF speaker for PHP Meetup

Hey All,

We are helping to organize an SFPHP Meetup < https://www.meetup.com/sf-php/>
(PHP in San Francisco) sometime during the week of 13 February, 2017 in
collaboration with Terry Chay (former Director of Features Engineering at
WMF). The meetup will probably supply a speaker, who still to be
determined, and they are also looking for one of our developers to give a
short presentation with Q & A as well.

Logistics: This would be an evening event taking place from 6pm until 8pm.
WMF will be providing food and drink. WMF speakers can either be local to
SF or remote. We will also advertise this to our own Wikipedia Tech meetup <
https://www.meetup.com/wikimedia-tech/> group.

It you are interested in getting involved but February does not work for
you, the month is also flexible.
