Hi Ariel,

I'm one of the organizers of http://csvconf.com/, a community run
conference about open source data sharing, and I was wondering if you or
someone you know might be interested in submitting a talk proposal related
to the Wikimedia infrastructure.

Our call for speakers is open till February 15th, and we cover travel and
accommodations costs for speakers who require financial assistance.
