I don't have the details, but there was/is an incident report worthy
issue that happened today where many users were getting 503s.

Based on my information I am calling off this evening's SWAT window (I
already edited the Deployment calendar).

WMF Ops will make a choice tomorrow regarding resuming normal
deploy/SWAT schedule.
