[Advocacy Advisors] Lyon Declaration on Access to Information and Development

Hi Stephen,

I am also in favour of the WMF signing this.

The fundamental copyright narratives now seem to be  right to access vs.
authors' rights. We must of course work to move away from this (in my
opinion false) antagonism. Funnelling some attention towards the
relationship between access to information and development would definitely
be a helpful step.
