[Advocacy Advisors] Oryol prosecutors seeking to block school's access to Wikipedia

Hello all,

It appears that prosecutors in Oryol are seeking a court order to require
an ISP to block a school's access to a list of websites, including a
Wikipedia article. If anyone knows more about this situation, it would be
great if you could share.
