[Advocacy Advisors] EU to tackle copyright reform

Hi @all,

thanks for bringing up these topics, I am really looking forward to
seeing our chapters collaborate to be thoroughly informed and to make
our voices heard in Bruxelles.

One small thing I'd like to add: May I suggest to better set up a wiki
page on Meta than on the WMBE wiki? I think Meta is the right place
for getting all  interested people involved.
