The respective Wikipedias in those four languages still have templated links to Wikitravel which need to be replaced, but the task is complicated by the need to separate links from same-language WT (which can't be changed to WV until the languages are created there) to links to English-language WT (which are spam now, as the updated version of the same text is already in WV).
