Taw- Incorrect. Wikipedia supports subpages which can be turned on by namespace. On the English Wikipedia, they are turned on for the talk and user namespaces. Regards, Erik

Ach Tung, it's all in German :) What I have in mind might be more akin to a free-form database, but I don't think that's out of the league of a Wiki, from what I understand thus far. In fact, for what I want to do, I think a Wiki would be more appropriate - but there seems to be some contention about file attachments and efficient ways to do (and index) them. Brion- I advise against it. TWiki uses CamelCase, which makes it impossible to store data in a normal form -- EverythingStartsLookingLikeThis soon enough. It also requires registration before editing and has a terrible user interface (with lots of curly braces and inexplicable link names). Very geeky, lots of features, but quite user-hostile. If you want a simple wiki, stick with UseMod. It has all the features you need, there are lots of cool hacks, it's super-easy to set up, uses almost the same syntax as Wikipedia (which formerly used UseMod) etc. UseMod is still an extremely cool general purpose wiki.
