The URL you submitted is incorrect or wrong website.
Anyway : ?Here is info about me :
Name : ?Lino A. Dial, M.D.
email : ?LinoADial2001(a)yahoo.com
Education : ?B.S. and M.D. degrees from University of the Philippines.
Profession : ?California - licensed practicing physician.
Post graduate training : ?University of California teaching hospitals:
Children's and Adult Medical Center of San Francisco, California and
U.S. Veterans Administration Hospital.
Formerly on Active Duty as Physician, ?U.S. Navy, Medical Corps
Then I became a victim of crimes of frauds committed by licensed
practicing physicians , hospital and lawyer in California.
The total of 53 crimes committed against me started with :
1. ?Intentional falsification of hospital patient record of my patient
performed by ?Dr. ?Robert ?S. ?Blum, a licensed practicing Neurosurgeon.
2. ?The Hospital and entire Medical Staff of the hospital and the
hospital attorney covered up everything.
I fought them all, for the civil and human rights of my patient, an old
woman from Oregon. ?I did not even knew the old lady but I defended
her because it was wrong for Dr. Blum to dictate a fraudulent surgical
consultation. ?Dr. ?Blum was not asked to see my patient in any way or form,
he ?just ?grabbed.
3. ?The hospital investigated me instead of Dr. Blum who falsified the
hospital patient medical records to get money from my patient.
4. ?During the hospital investigation, the hospital and medical staff
fabricated charges against me because, ?luckily, I practiced good medicine.
Conclusion and recommendation of the hospital:
Dr. Lino Dial should not be re-appointed to the medical staff.
My hospital privileges were taken away after over ten years without
problems.
5. ?I requested a Judicial Hearing, per hospital bylaws.
The hospital granted the Judicial Hearing.
6. ?It took six months to prepare for the Judicial Hearing which was held
according to law.
53 crimes were committed by the physicians, hospital and hospital attorney
during the hearing which was held for three hours.
Nine ( 9 ) California-licensed practicing physicians witnessed how they
committed the 53 crimes.
The ?official court transcriber instantly recorded their crimes in the
100 - page transcript of that hearing.
After the hearing, the hospital and medical staff declared in writing that
the Judicial Hearing never took place, probably because crimes were
committed during the hearing.
Examples of crimes committed during the hearing :
1. ?Dr. Peter ?E. ?Philbin, a Nephrologist was a physician witness.
Dr. Philbin told lies, deceits, falsehoods and frauds while under oath,
on the witness stand, during the hearing.?
The intentional falsifications, misrepresentation of facts, willful
deliberate
perversion of truth that came out of the lying lips and mouth of Dr. Philbin
are well - preserved on :
page ? ?46 ? ?line ? ?18
page ? ?47 ? ?line ? ?10
page ? ?48 ? ?lines ? 1 , 2 , 11 , 12 , 28
of the 100 - page transcript of that hearing.
2. ?Dr. ?Leonard ?A. ?Brant, ?a ?Surgeon, ?a second witness for the
hospital.
Dr. Brant told lies, deceits, falsehoods, frauds while under oath,
on the witness stand, during the hearing.
The intentional falsifications, wrongful criminal deceptions that came out
of the lying lips and mouth of Dr. Brant are well - preserved on :

Attorney Schnier is among :

Northern ?California Super Lawyers ?( 2006 - 2011 ).
Had ?B.S. ?degree from University of California

Hi,
I am Deepak Sapkale, 27 year old software engineer, currently working at L &
T Infotech. I had attended Wiki Conference India 2011 and was really
inspired to create new language which is spoken in my native town. The
language is called "Ahirani" . The script of Ahirani is "Devanagari"
which
used for Hindi and Marathi languages.
Please advise me, how can I proceed with this one.
