Since this fell flat on scoop I’ll forward it here minus email addresses. I could do with some help on this one as entertainment isn’t my forte.

For those who hadn’t a clue about this, Allan is one of the guys behind http://www.omovies.com which has a few “viral” videos.

Questions please! Watch the vids (If I haven’t already spammed you with links to them), these guys do good work (from the looks of it on a shoestring budget).

As I’ve noted on [[WN:WC]] it may be problematic to interview Allan by phone. Depending on timezone differences I may need to get someone else to do the call. David? I can set you up with HotRecorder and Skype if you don’t already have them. This has the advantage of usually being cheaper than a land line.

Guys,

I absolutely loved the
Paris in jail video. Had me in stitches and the viral bit is I keep thinking “My roommate’s a woman named Mitch” and other such gems from it.

I’m an accredited reporter with the Wikinews (http://en.wikinews.org) website, a sister project to Wikipedia which the Wikimedia Foundation also runs. As such I’d love to try and do an email interview with you about the clips you’ve done and what your future plans are. It looks like you’re doing PR for being recognized as a guerrilla marketing and viral videos company – I think your videos are interesting enough to merit a little news coverage, and would appreciate a bit of your time.
