Actually, I don't understand what you mean.
I said two things. 1) respect original Zawgyi developers. 2) Victor team can do 5.1.
To my understanding Victor team is pure opensource developers and rich history of delivering high quality Myanmar Language resources including fonts. Check out

So tell me what is your problem?
