No Chris, this is part of the road map for Wikidata.

At some point we need to be able to interrogate the entire Wikidata database for things like "all composers born in the 18th century" and be able to handle the list of records that it returns. The current WD developers will provide this "query" ability at some point. Nevertheless, as we neither have items on Wikidata for all of our listed buildings nor the ability to return such records in an aggregated form at present, we should be looking at article creation on Wikipedia as the principal means of using the data we have now.
