I suggest trying to get a meeting with someone high up the structure in queen mary and see what you can do with getting
costs down, find out what they can do about this "great hall" etc. Getting a venue and accommodation is however only one
part of this bid. We also need to be looking into sponsors whether that be in the form of equipment or moeny. These arnt
site specific and having people works on these is also something we need to be doing.
