Dear all

We are currently advertising three vacancies at Wikimedia UK! Please consider applying for these yourself and/or circulating to your networks.

As some of you know, I will be going on maternity leave towards the end of March and so the board is looking for an interim Chief Executive. The successful candidate will also take on some of Davina's responsibilities as Director of Finance and Operations, to cover a period of around 12 weeks' leave from April. The interim CEO role can be freelance or PAYE and will be part time. Other aspects of both mine and Davina's work will be taken on by other members of the team, in particular Daria Cybulska (who will be taking on specific aspects of my role) and Rich Matthews (who will be taking on more day-to-day financial control, management and reporting).

Richard Nevell is taking a year's sabbatical to work at English Heritage as their Property Historian for castles. We are therefore looking for a new Programme Co-ordinator on a full time, fixed term basis to join the programmes team, based in London.

We are also recruiting for a part time Programme Co-ordinator in Scotland to lead and develop the programme there. This is a new post and can be based anywhere in Scotland, with the postholder reporting in to Daria as Head of Programmes.

All posts are detailed online here: https://wikimedia.org.uk/wiki/Job_openings. If anyone would like a confidential discussion about the CEO role, please feel free to contact me - or get in touch with Daria about the other two roles.

All best
Lucy
