Thanks to everyone who contributed to last night&#39;s board meeting. This includes community members who contributed to the 2013 programme planning, staff who worked so hard on budgets and papers, Saad Choudri who worked to very tight deadlines to create a Wikimedian in Residence agreement that we can move forward with and our trustees who worked through a challenging agenda.<br>

<br>The wonderful news is that we have agreed a budget and programme for next year. It is not set in stone and we must expect it to evolve, but it means we can now plan ahead. I am particularly encouraged at the thought of the three new posts which I believe will make a huge difference to our capacity engaging volunteers and the community. They will be advertised very shortly and I encourage community members to apply.<br>
