Indeed. It doesn't make sense to limit suggestions or offers of help to only being from members. Anyone is welcome if they have something constructive to say, member or not.

I'm sorry, but that's rubbish. Of course it can be used by non-members to discuss the charity. What sort of validity are you referring to?
