As part of the Wikimania fringe, there will be a practical session on the new developments round quizzes and the Wikisoba tool (by Magnus Manske):
I'll be running this as hands-on chance to learn how to code your own quizzes based on MediaWiki page sections. Do express interest offlist: I'll gladly create VLE accounts ahead of time for those who want them, giving access to existing quiz questions. But the session will be largely independent of previous knowledge of the VLE and Moodle.
