All,<div><br></div><div>When receiving payments from the chapter, you&#39;ll now note that the payment reference contains a number - (31) or (15) or the like. This is a number that helps me and you reconcile what that payment is for, and which expense claim it belongs to. We keep all the receipts in the office and on the office wiki. If you don&#39;t know why we paid you, or what the payment covers, let me know that number and I&#39;ll track it down.</div>

<div><br></div><div>You may also see something like (31+) or (15+). This shows me and you that the payment is for that reference number, <i>as well as something else - </i>the something else, I couldn&#39;t fit in for some reason.</div>
