It seems the biggest challenge for editing workshops is finding
suitable topics for people to create articles about (I think a lot of
people just edit existing articles, which is much easier). It's
particularly difficult for Monmonth since pretty much everything
notable in the town already has an article!
My experience is that "how do I create an article" comes very high
on the list of FAQs in workshops. Hence, I have suggested divorcing
MediaWiki skills from Wikipedia skills (as dictated by the
experience levels of participants).
