Sadly it appears that the automatic tool only works in English. I've asked them to update it for other languages as it could really help unlock some treasures on other wikis.

In my own case, all files had a licence. It was just the lack of an
"infobox". Hence, the edit was quick and easy. All had a description,
author, licence; I simply had to populate the template with that info.
