The German chapter has done this sort of thing. They described it along the lines of &#39;herding cats while taking individual in-focus pictures of them at the same time&#39;. and they have sixteen regional parliaments.<br>

<br>This does have massive potential though.<br><br>How about this as a scenario...<br><br>We get community members to email their own MP and ask to come to their surgery to take a picture for us. While there drop off an information pack and explain what we do...<br>
