An update for tomorrow, spend the rainy day inside with art and open
knowledge, with a wiki-cake finale:
Join us at The Met for a Wikipedia edit-a-thon focused on the history, art,
and culture of America—and the understanding that each of us brings to
America. America's past and evolution is a complex tapestry of cultures,
from Indigenous peoples to settlers, enslaved peoples, pioneers, and
immigrants. Each culture, together with the growing pains of war, industry,
and expansion, has provided a rich history of our past in the objects that
artists and artisans created.
