Please submit your requests by email to
piotr.gackowski@wikimedia.pl till May 26th (Sunday), 23:59:59 (CET). The scholarship request should be submitted in English and contain:
- short description of your activity within the Wikimedia movement, your global user name (or local usernames), Wikimedia activity outside project editing (including activities in the local affiliate), participation in other conferences (especially international ones)
- information about planned desired participation in the conference: program submissions lectures or other activities during Wikimania or its associated events
- information about planned participation the in pre- and post-conference activities
information about how Wikimedia projects will benefit from your participation in the conference - declaration of your level of English allowing you to actively participate in the conference;
- information about the international airport closest to your place of residence;
- declaration of being at least 18 years old
- the information on citizenship(s) held;
- agreement to provide and process your personal data (name, address, bank account details, passport number) if the scholarship is granted. Please, do not provide these personal details in the application itself, apart from your real name.
