Dear WMMed Board, 

Hope you are all well. 

Since my last email, 2 board members have offered to step up and take the role of Chair for WMMed - Doug & Stuart. 

This means you'll need to vote on who your preferred candidate is. In order to make this choice and avoid any awkwardness, I'm suggesting that board members send me a private email with their vote by Saturday. I'll then count the vote and the person with most votes will be announced chair by next Sunday. 

If anyone objects, please say so as soon as possible, and offer an alternative.
