Hello dear friends!

The meeting on Saturday isn't that far away anymore, so here is a brief overview of what is going to happen. You will receive the actual invitation to the event tomorrow as a Google meeting from Nicole Ebber.

The goal of the meeting is to discuss proposals that are emerging within Europe to address the recommendations of the strategy process and gather interested people to work in breakout sessions on the topics in more detail.

All times are in UTC / CET, so for those of you who are use EET times, please add one hour to the CET times listed here:

* 15:00 UTC / 16:00 CET: End of meeting, socialising for 30 mins
