I&#39;m trying to get together a small meeting of dedicated Wikimedia<br>
users, contributors and enthusiasts at Hackerspace Phnom Penh on<br>
Sunday, 9 October 2011.  I would really appreciate it if Wikimedians<br>
who are interested in building a local community come together and<br>
help me with this endeavour, so that we may have regular meet-ups in<br>
our city.<br>
