WTM is the maintenance cat for Wikipedia Takes Mumbai 2.
I requested bot rotation myself on a couple of images in the last few days, this should
ideally be done before uploading.

Mumbai photothon
What does WTM stands for? The category abbreviation is ambiguous, there is no description
on the category page and there are no interwiki links. Can you please rename the category
and add the necessary details?
Please see the below category for a well designed category
page.http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:India_loves_Wikipedia-_2011

This is with regard to category:WTM on Wikimedia Commons.
It is requested that rotations may be requested for all images which
are in horizontal inclination. It is very easy to request rotation. On
the source page of each Wikimedia image, a small link is found just
below the image next to the size versions available. By pressing the
link and choosing the rotation through degrees, a request can be made
which will be acted upon by a bot in due course of time.
Warm regards,
