APJ Abdul Kalam nominated by User:Hisham got the maximum number of votes (11). It was nominated for the last month's COTM as well but fell short of one vote to Dance in India. This time, Indra Nooyi fell short of two votes. Having it as the COTM would have been a worthy cause as March is International Women's Month. But I think the result is a fair one considering the popularity of APJ and the scope for improvement. Hopefully, APJ Abdul Kalam will attract many editors and we will be able to improve the article to a significant extent.
