A Google Drive folder called RECRUIT FOLDER is available here. I have granted everyone access. Our community is essentially online and so to organise ourselves, we use online tools.

That folder is for NEW recruits and often you will have to go there for reference. 

After your first visit to the folder, you can access it in your Recent Folder in your Google Drive. (Yes Google Drive is that awesome)

Fill the "Tell Us About You" form if you have never filled it before. (Jaward you have to fill it too, I don't have your details.)
