WRT most discussion I find it easier if it takes place on Meta.  What we should do about IT is being discussed here <a href="http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Canada/website">http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Canada/website</a>  It is easier to follow the history of the discussion in the wiki format.  We can also begin projects before incorporation takes place.<br>
