Basically this is a technical issue, as a contingency plan for Typhoon
(we actually stated in the bidding process)

usually a typhoon will strike Hong Kong for 8-12 hours even it is a direct hit
in some cases when it strikes in the day time

usually will only affect us a Morning or an afternoon, or a whole day cancellation

so it this kind of situation we need to squeeze the program into the rest of the time

so we tend to have longer coffee and lunch breaks in normal times

then we will squeeze the program into the original break time when typhoon lead to cancellation of events
