First of all, thanks for this post. I feel completely identified with this thought. In my case, I have not been able overwhelming identification of all monuments. However, I have a fairly simple mechanism which I have done as an ant, slowly but steadily.
Steps to collaborate with Venezuela Wiki Love Monuments
Access to the PDF and select a folder of your choice State
Open the PDF you consider, the state you chose
Turn to the section (Lo Construido) PDF and begins to pass information to one of the leaves that are covered in this document with the information of each Monument reflected in Section (Lo Construido) of the PDF.

Add your name to be responsible and you finished PDF Add.
You can visit the Zulia State to see an example.
Upon completion adds 100% complete as shown in the sheet Zulia
You can also continue with a sheet and started
