It seems that some countries may require to pay custom duties and will
hold the shipment until regulated.
Note that we are marking the shipments as "gift" (since they *are* gifts).

If you are contacted by the shipper about this please say to them that
these cost have to be invoced to Wikimedia Italia (the sender).
