Last week the exhibition we presented at Dizengoff Center mall ended, and that mean WLM in Israel is finally ended.
Chen, our activity coordinator wrote a blog post to summarize what we did and I hope it will be published this week:
In the aspect of communication - we had this year, like last year, a broad exposure - dozens of articles were printed and reports broadcast in all varieties of media, ranging from radio channels, TV shows, websites, and local newspapers across the country. Interviews were held with project leaders and partners, in which it was emphasized by the media, the connection between the land, landscapes and heritage, to the vast knowledge and the ability of the Israeli public to contribute to the universal data base that is Wikipedia.
Unfortunately, everything is in Hebrew, expect one article from the English version of Ynet, the leading news site in Israel:
