Since Venezuela is not listed in this, anyone knows another tool that provides numbers/names of the uploaders? I just wanna send a thank you message.

The tool reads the configuration page in Commons every time the tool database is updated, if some country is not configured in this page or if the name of the country that a prefix represents is not configured, the tool will not find the data of the country, and the log page will show some errors like unknown prefixes. I copied the prefixes and the competitions period from the Template:Wiki Loves Earth is running and Template:WLM-is-running, but I didn't find the name of the country of all prefixes, that is why some prefixes is unknown for the tool. So, it is only edit the configuration page to correct the errors. I wrote now a note at the end of the tool's main page explain about the configuration page.

The difference in numbers is because the tool does not consider uploads made out of the respective competition period.

some difference in the numbers is to be expected, because typically, these tools use the moment of upload for the identification of a picture. That means that if the category/template is added later, it may be missed by the tool.

Looks very fancy indeed :) I didn't see this tool before. It seems that Danilo (in cc) has developed it. 

I noticed that WLM has the wrong dates btw (it suggests that it ran from 1/10 through 30/10...)
