Hello my friends, we announced the winners of the Wiki Loves Earth Brasil but our official post was not sent here yet, so here we go.

During the last weeks we released our official blog at http://www.wikimedia.org.br for the Wikimedia Community Brazilian Group of Education and Research.

So, we enjoyed that opportunity to announce the winners and spread our new site.

We have prizes in two categories, best photos and best contributions. Both categories received prizes in money (paid using our grant approved by WMF).

During the next month (August) a local magazine will publish the winners in a printed magazine (+60.000 copies) and for the next semester we are organizing a Photo Exhibition(to be defined).
