I've now applied for non-profit registration of WikiJournal. It seems more reasonable to have a rapid grant application for the entire organization that the funds will benefit. I also think the application will look better when it's not restricted to a sub-topic.

I also like the suggested DOI system, and I've now added it at the "Starting a journal" page.

Also, a correction to my DOI comment: Never mind about the number prefix. I just realised that the prefix referrs to the publishing house, and the suffix is both journal and paper. e.g:
PLOS Biology = 10.1371/journal.pbio.XXXXXX 

So I propose we would do something like:
WikiJMed = 10.15347/wjm/2017.XXX
WikiJSci = 10.15347/wjs/2017.XXX
WikiJHum = 10.15347/wjh/2017.XXX
