If somebody is willing to run a bot to peruse each database dump to keep
pages like a List_of_people_named_John sorted and up-to-date, I have no
objection whatsoever. Of course, Special:Prefixindex/John would be almost as
reliable, and would make this easier for humans than the surname lists,
even, though it might exclude names with obnoxious preceding honorifics, and
that scenario is, in itself, a Bad Thing.
