I know but I had a conflicting design objective. I
needed to come up with a process which could satisfy
those who would list a page on VfD. IMO that
requires two features: a definite timeline and
feedback so they can see whether they are happy with
the result and list it on VfD if they aren't. ~~~~
is the easiest way to both give a timestamp and
identify who wants to be given feedback.
Originally, I wanted to use timestamp headers as
breaks --but we dont have non-sig timestamps (AFAIK)
--and they wouldnt work well anyway if they were
minute specific -- hours is still too small
considering the average load of about ten articles a
day (AFAIK). Maybe just using a day tag (like VFD)
would be fine for now. :\
<fancy> Maybe coding something like /early morning/
noon/ afternoon/ evening/ night/ late night/ stamps --
as better delimiters. These could display differently
--appropriate to the local time of the user . </fancy>
