Some emails start and end with "-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----", can people please disable that thing when emailing mailing lists. It looks quite ugly. - White Cat

It's been around for a long while. Maybe even the people adding the tag aren't sure why. Nevertheless, "ugly" is not a big issue by itself. One could also consider top-posters who don't even bother to trim away multiple copies of the mailing list instructions from the bottom. Ec

I considered it, however, ugliness vs. php signature and/or encryption... the security aspect wins out. I will however start trimming per Ray Saintonge. Best, Jon
