Wikipedia doesn't have an official spokesperson, but its parent
organisation, the Wikimedia Foundation, does have a Press Officer
(<http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Press_Officer>); Elisabeth Bauer, who
you could direct questions to if you don't want to ask them openly on
this mailing list. You might also want to address questions to the
Foundation's Board via email to board at
wikimedia.org, or to Jimmy
Wales (via Terry Foote on +1 727 231 0101). If you happy with
"non-official" responses, the village pump
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Village_pump> is a good place
to ask for community input.
