It's been suggested that Vera Cruz may be Lir.  Has anyone compared IP addresses?

Ed Poor would know what to do. I don't, but banning doesn't really
seem to be the right weapon here. I have been entirely caught by the
tarbaby of [[New Imperialism]] when all I wanted to know was what made
it "new".
