Actually, a few months longer - things do not come in the public domain
70 years after the author's death, but on the end of the year in which
this day falls. See Urheberrechtsgesetz paragraph 69:
"Die Fristen dieses Abschnitts beginnen mit dem Ablauf des Kalenderjahres, in dem das
für den
Beginn der Frist maßgebende Ereignis eingetreten ist."
