My name is Josep Nogue. I am founding member and treasurer of Amical 
Viquipèdia.[1] I am economist now retired. My professional experience 
was in team management and organizing programs related to internal 
training in one of the main savings banks in Spain. I also volunteer in 
other non profit activities like collaborating with the ombudsman of 
the municipality of Cornellà and coaching of new entrepreneurs.<br>
<br>I am interested in participating in this list because we are working
 in developing systems to provide transparency but avoiding bureaucracy 
and this is a difficult balance so I am very interested in learning from
 others. I am also interested in this process because Amical is an 
organization culturally focused instead of territory related so our 
activities overlap geographically with those of some local chapters. We 
think we must follow best practices to ensure their confidence and we 
are also interested they follow those practices so all together can 
contribute to will earn a high reputation for the Wikimedia movement in 
the social groups we address.<br>
<br>I would like to end my welcome letter expressing my congratulations 
to Mulwardi Tjitra from WMID. I think you are doing a great job in 
transparency in your financial reports. We are learning a lot from you. 
It is a pity that this system is up to your high skills with excel and 
in translating it to html.<br>
