There is no deadline.  This page will be used by editors from many wikis for at least the next year.

The parts of the page (nearly all of it) that have been marked for translation are stable and should not change.  There are a couple of sentences that we (some volunteers and I) are still trying to write, and we won't ask you to translate those until they're stable.
