Friends,

When I woke up today, I had a rather frantic thought in my mind: "eh,
Tech News?". My apologies. This is the early version; I'll freeze it
tonight.

The latest tech newsletter is ready for early translation:

I plan to send the newsletter on Monday afternoon (UTC), i.e. Monday

There may be more edits tonight but the existing content should
generally remain fairly stable. I will let you know tonight in any
case.
