As I didn't (yet) get a reply from mpande, I'll do it this way;

I've got some remarks about the survey in Dutch (nl):

- The question about age: in Dutch we say: 17 jaar (17 years old), so the word "jaar" needs to be on the right side of the box, and not on the left
- "Are you a student?" - If the answer is yes, there shouldn't come a question about your job, nor about your daily income (at least they shouldn't be made compulsory)
- After the question about which languages you speak, there should be a question, but only the "yes/no" buttons are available
- The boxes where you have to rank (1-6) the things you think are appreciated are too small (from side to side I mean)
- In the question about money, there should be ¤-signs instead of $-signs, because we live in the EU and the question is also put in ¤.
- In general: the more personal questions shouldn't be made compulsory, as this frightens people

That's about it. The survey took me about 20 minutes.
