I am working on deploying a LiveHelp system and I would like to use the Toolserver to serve the application for use directly on Wikimedia projects. The application is licensed as GNU GPL, uses PHP and MySQL, would be modified rather heavily for use on Wikimedia projects, and is available at http://mibew.org.
